1 Hour Classes

Classes begin with a dynamic warm-up and end with a cool down and some static stretching.

Our lead instructor,ย Jose Carrillo, hasย been teaching Cardio Rush and Zumbaยฎ Fitness classes for 15 years and has theย Primary Group Fitness certification which qualifies him to teach group fitness classes such as Cardio Rush, Zumbaยฎ, and provide personal training.

He has been a ZINโ„ข Member,ย  since Feb 2008 and is an experienced International presenter, educator, choreographer, and dancer.ย 

New comers are welcome. With consistent attendance, you will develop endurance. The secret is continued and never ending attendance.

Expect to experience motivating well rounded international rhythms, fun, repetitive, easy to follow, thoughtful choreography and a well rounded dance & fitness enriched cardio workout that will leave you feeling accomplished.

Jose Carrillo started his Fitness journey back in 2009. He was overweight and struggling to find a way to lose weight. After years of struggling, he found Functional Fitness and Zumba. In just under two years, he lost 75 pounds and his life was changed forever. He created new habits, mental rituals, and a physical fitness routine. Jose wanted to give back to others struggling and began teaching Zumba in 2009. You can see and feel his passion during his classes. They are high energy and focus on your physical and mental fitness. Joseโ€™s inspiration and drive is being able to share and guide people to a healthy, fit, and strong lifestyle.
