Small classes are led by a trainer from start to finish. Classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour and begin with a full body warm-up that prepares your muscles and joints. We will also prepare you mentally. The coach will then demonstrate the exercises and prescribe any necessary and appropriate modifications to each athlete’s current ability. All fitness levels welcome!
Most classes are divided into two parts:
1. Strength & Power: A powerlifting, gymnastic, skill, or an olympic weightlifting movement.
2. Conditioning: An anaerobic or aerobic workout.
The group environment provides support and helps push you during the workout while receiving personalized attention from the coach. This is paramount to keep you moving safely while improving your overall performance.

We have all heard that we have to โmix up our workoutsโ for continued results. This is true. Most people are still confused on how to do this or what this really means. Maybe youโve been going to the gym several days a week for awhile but have not changed your body composition or overall fitness level? Frustrating right?
Our programming forces continued change and improvement through constantly varied work on all 3 primary energy pathways otherwise known as anaerobic and aerobic training. We program our workouts using a mix of intensity, weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic training(cardio) in a way that forces us to simultaneously use multiple muscle groups and ranges of motion.
When combined properly the overall adaptation in your body composition, performance, energy levels, mental toughness, confidence, and overall health is very real. Anyone willing to consistently show up, put in the work, and have a great time getting in the best shape of their lives should be a part of our movement. We also scale our training to the individual so anyone can do it.
What Should I expect?

We will first focus on mental fortitude, form, stabilization, and consistency. As this improves, weight, intensity and variety will be added to your training with the direct intention of improving your mental toughness, strength, power, flexibility, stamina, endurance, speed, quickness and agility all in a natural progression. This will improve your overall body composition by burning fat while adding lean muscle mass.
Ultimately, building confidence and improving your mental fortitude to achieve what you want in your everyday life.
You will learn skilled movements that generally encompass many muscle groups and ranges of motion. These movements not only teach you to use your body efficiently, but by their nature have a profound effect on your metabolism, body composition, and general health.
Nutrition is and always will be a major player in your health, fitness, and everyday life. Whatever it is you want to accomplish, your nutrition will either speed you up on your path or create a frustrating roadblock to your success. We strive to have a strong nutritional message and this needs to be an ongoing education and experimentation to find a SUSTAINABLE way of eating that works for you. As you join our movement you will have access to experienced coaches for nutritional counseling, programs, and challenges that will expedite your success.
