There is no way to overstate the importance of Nutrition. Health, fat loss, weight gain or performance are all dependent on what you eat. We stress that everyone makes an effort to improve their understanding of nutrition and the effects it has on your body especially, during your training. We strive to have a strong nutritional message. Allow yourself to absorb this information and put it into practice in the other 23 hours a day that you are not here.

There is a lot of debate about nutrition, but there are some basics that are definitely true:

– Processed foods are very bad for you and will make you fat and weak
– Sugar is very bad for you and will make you fat and weak
– Refined carbohydrates spike insulin levels and will make you fat and weak
– Food in boxes is processed
– Whole, natural foods are always your best choice. Ignore everything you see on TV and in the media; They are trying to sell you something.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR FORM A SMALL GROUP?

Yes.

HOW DOES YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING MEMBERSHIPS WORK?

We have two personal training packages that you can see below. You can choose to have 8 sessions per month or 12 sessions per month. There is a 2 month minimum. There is no long term contract and because you pay your last month upfront, there is no cancellation term. If you cancel, you will never be charged again and you will keep all the benefits of this membership for the following month after you cancel.
